The first batch of nominees for the 2018 Teen Choice Awards have been announced, and of course there are plenty of big names in the running, like Taylor Swift, Drake, Cardi B and Shawn Mendes. But the event also recognizes artists in numerous genres, with categories like Choice Country Artist, Choice Latin Artist and Choice Electronic/Dance Artist making room for smaller stars such as J Balvin, Calvin Harris and Carrie Underwood.
